How do I reserve a date?
Fill in the contact form, selecting your venue and preferred date. We check availability and reply within 48 hours to schedule a visit and prepare a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
For a wedding in a high-demand period (summer and holidays) we recommend 9–12 months ahead. For other periods and corporate events, 3–6 months is generally enough.
How much does an evening at Bellagio cost?
The Evening Pack (9 PM – 1 AM) costs from 5,500 TND for 250 guests on a weekday to 7,000 TND for 500 guests at the weekend, with 20% off from 15 September to 31 May. Late-afternoon receptions cost 3,000 – 3,500 TND (Standard, 5 – 7 PM) and 4,000 – 4,500 TND (Golden Hour, 6 – 8 PM). The simulator on the Packages page works out your quote with options.
Do prices vary by season?
Yes. Every package has a Green period (Monday–Thursday) and a higher Red period (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and their eves). Rates are the same at La Cabana and La Volta, and from 15 September to 31 May the Evening Pack is 20% off on every date. All 2026-2027 rates are detailed on the Packages page, with a quote simulator.
What does the Evening Pack include?
The Evening Pack (9 PM – 1 AM, up to 500 guests, at La Cabana or La Volta) includes venue decoration of your choice (lighting, tables and stage), unlimited mineral water in carafes, mint tea, fresh fruit juices (lemonade, strawberry), and a maître d'hôtel with servers scaled to your guest count. Dinner service, wedding cake, photography, live band, BMW car, Turkish coffee, sweets and savouries are available as options. Rates and simulator on the Packages page.
Where is Bellagio Event’s?
In Cebelet Ben Ammar, in the Ariana governorate north of Tunis: Route de Bizerte (P8), km 22, postcode 2032. La Volta and La Cabana share the same address and private car park. Google Maps directions are on the Contact page.
How many guests can you host?
Up to 500 guests in each of our two venues: La Volta, the covered hall, and La Cabana, the open-air space with pool. The Evening Pack is booked for 250 to 500 guests in steps of 50; service staff (maître d’hôtel and servers) is scaled to your guest count.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Both La Cabana and La Volta have secure private parking for your guests.
What happens if there is a power cut?
Your celebration carries on. Both La Volta and La Cabana are equipped with a backup generator that takes over during a power cut: lighting, sound and kitchens stay powered, without your guests having to worry about it.
Can we tour the venues?
Absolutely. We arrange guided visits by appointment, ideally in the evening to experience the LED lighting. Request your visit via the contact form.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Our packages include beverages (water, tea, juices). Dinner service is provided in-house, as an option. For a specific caterer request, contact us — we discuss it based on your event. Halal menus are always accommodated.
Are halal and alcohol-free menus available?
Yes, all our menus can be prepared halal, and we offer a full range of alcohol-free signature cocktails and beverages for dry celebrations.
